Refund policy

We take pride in our pure, honey products. However, if you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us at shopping [@] and we will do our best to sort out the issue.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if bought offsite.

To start a return, you can contact us at goods-return [@] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged while in transit, we will fully refund you or send you the same order again at no extra cost. In case of damage to the order while in transit, please contact us immediately. Please send us pictures of the damage as proof. In case of damage to the glass honey jars, please be careful and handle them with extra care as the glass can be sharp and dangerous, so use protective gloves. In case you see any crack in the glass jar or if the jar has shattered, please contact us and do not consume the contents, because it may contain small particles of glass.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on end-of-line items.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returning Costs

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
