Our Snowflake honey™ comes from canola or oilseed rape, and is a light pH-neutral honey that is crystallised and very pale in colour. The plant is rich in nectar but sets quickly so it can harm bees, but they make lovely honey for humans. Ideal against heartburn, our Canola is 100% GMO-free.
The honey is almost white with a mild cabbage-like aroma, and lightly peppery flavour.
