A richly flavoured infusion, the Créme Caramel™ tea has a distinctive fudge-like flavour. To make a Chai, make this tea a ‘latte’ – a very milky and sweet drink. This chai is delicious and served either hot or iced.

This tea is a comforting brew that contains the antioxidant benefits of black tea and floral petals. Its main benefit is the soothing, comforting taste of a fudge-like dessert in a tea. We have developed the tea to be almost calorie-free, thanks to the Stevia natural sweetener. Just add milk to create your chai – we recommend Coconut milk.
Heat a fresh cup of water to almost boiling point, pour over 1-2 teaspoons of the loose tea into the cup and steep with a cover for 15-20 minutes. Add milk (we recommend coconut milk) to taste. Best consumed freshly brewed as a hot drink, in itself this has a beneficial effect on your immune system – sieve before drinking, if not using a teabag. For the best flavour, store in a cool dark place.
As an iced tea, brew a very strong cup of tea (use tablespoons in place of teaspoons) and steep as above. Strain and dilute with iced cold water (approx. 2-3 cups of cold water), then add milk.

I love desserts and I love tea so this is the tea for me. I have now tried both the black tea and redbush versions and I can’t get enough of it.
